How I teach:

❶ Learning, actually

I don't just want to host another course. I want people to actually learn. And more importantly, to remember what I taught them when they're back at their desks creating campaigns.

❷ Real-world application

That's why I don't do pre-recorded videos. I teach live. I use activities, real-life examples, and give people resources they can take straight into the ad creation process—checklists, planners, frameworks. The kind of tools that make you feel like a pro, even if you're just starting out.

❸ Accesible learning

I also keep jargon to a minimum. If I use a technical term, I break it down. My teaching spaces are judgment-free zones where questions are welcomed and "aha moments" happen regularly. It's not about proving how much I know—it's about making sure you leave confident in what you can do.

My teaching background

I've been teaching in one form or another for years. It started when I realised I was naturally educating my colleagues at a growth startup:

Creating glossaries, running internal training sessions, improving how design and performance marketing teams collaborated. My boss noticed and asked me to speak about it at a company conference. That's when I knew teaching was part of what I wanted to do. In practice, I have:

  • Taught weekend workshops on marketing for creatives, helping non-marketers understand how to promote their work

  • Designed and delivered a custom paid social ads course for students at the University of Economics and Law in Berlin (recipients of the Berlin Startup Grant) using my own 5-step framework for what makes a good ad

  • Hired by large startups to train their teams on paid social—bringing knowledge directly into organisations so employees can run better campaigns

  • Provided 1:1 training for solopreneurs and small business owners who want to learn ads without hiring an agency

  • Wrote a comprehensive course on Meta ads for Shopify (no longer publicly available, but proof I can create structured, high-quality curriculum)
